OVERVIEW

As a leader it is important to understand how necessary it is to mentor others. In this week of workshops students learn how to plan, develop, implement, monitor and evaluate a mentoring program.

Students can choose to enrol in one of the following locations:
CAIRNS:  Monday July 8 to Friday July 12
DARWIN: Monday July 15 to Friday July 19
HOBART: Monday July 22 to Friday July 26

FEES: $950 per unit per person

Join others as we introduce not only the topic, but a selection of skills and tools designed specifically for students who are studying at graduate level.

CREDIT and awards

Upon successful completion of this program students are awarded a Statement of Attainment and credit towards a Graduate Certificate in Management (Learning) – BSB80515, Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning)  – BSB80615 or a Graduate Diploma of Strategic Leadership (BSB80215).

Who should attend?

This program is intended for people who would be required to develop and implement a mentoring program within an educational organisation, or for a business purpose, or objective within an organisation whose core business is not education.

This program is also good those people designing mentoring programs as part of a collaborative partnership spanning more than one organisation.
